Electro-Voice EVIDn is a true commercial loudspeaker family with solutions for every part of the project, starting with ceiling and surface mount models in early 2027, and pendants following later that year.
Electro-Voice sound
The sound you expect from Electro-Voice. EVIDn brings the commercial loudspeaker experience of Electro-Voice to PoE applications, with professional tuning, integrated Dynacord DSP, and loudspeaker-specific processing built into every model. Each loudspeaker is tuned for its acoustic design and includes Dynamic EQ to maintain tonal balance at different listening levels.
Electro-Voice installation experience
Designed for the installer. EVIDn carries forward the installation details that have made Electro-Voice commercial loudspeakers a trusted choice for installed sound. Mounting hardware and required installation accessories are designed as part of the loudspeaker system, helping installers work faster and with fewer additional parts.
Open, secure networking
Built for the network you already use. EVIDn uses established networking and audio standards rather than a proprietary audio ecosystem: Dante, AES67, PoE and PoE+, 802.1x authentication, and browser-based configuration and monitoring. That makes it suitable for AV environments while also addressing the requirements of enterprise IT networks.

How EVIDn works
A complete loudspeaker endpoint over one network connection.
Traditional commercial audio systems distribute loudspeaker processing, amplification, control, and audio transport across multiple devices. EVIDn brings those functions together at the loudspeaker.
A traditional system may require separate processing, amplification, loudspeaker wiring, presets, and system configuration. With EVIDn, a single Ethernet connection can provide power, audio, control, configuration, and monitoring. Integrated amplification and DSP are built directly into the loudspeaker.

EVIDn loudspeakers share a common hardware and software architecture. Whether the application calls for a ceiling, surface-mount, or pendant loudspeaker, the networking, configuration, DSP, security, and user experience remain consistent.
Every EVIDn model is built around the same core platform:
Browser-based setup
Configure EVIDn directly from a browser.
EVIDn does not require a dedicated configuration application. Connect to the loudspeaker through a standard web browser using the loudspeaker name or the QR code located on the product.
Once connected, the EVIDn browser interface provides access to configuration, DSP, monitoring, and firmware functions. Users can also see other EVIDn loudspeakers on the network and navigate between them.
From the browser interface, users can:
Configure audio inputs
Set input and output levels
Apply user EQ and DSP
Enable Dynamic EQ
Monitor loudspeaker and system health
Navigate between EVIDn loudspeakers
Update the system
